Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Website and API plans?
Website plans (Free, Contributor, Premium) cover the interactive flight map. API plans are for developers who integrate flight data into their own applications.
Can I use the data commercially?
Commercial use is included on the API Starter and Professional plans, and on all one-off data extracts. The free API tier is for personal, non-commercial use. For redistribution or custom licensing, email [email protected].
How do one-off data extracts work?
Enter an aircraft hex code or callsign and a date range on the extract page, get an instant quote (£29 up to 1 month, £49 up to 3 months, £99 up to 12 months), pay by card, and download a gzipped CSV, usually within minutes. No account needed.
How does the Contributor plan work?
If you run an ADS-B receiver, you can feed your data into our network and receive full Premium access at no charge. Setup instructions are on the provider dashboard.
Can I switch plans anytime?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect immediately and charges are prorated.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
API plans include a 7-day free trial. Premium has a 14-day money-back guarantee.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, processed by Stripe. Enterprise plans can be invoiced.
